David Klein discusses medical device product recalls

Klein Lawyers are class counsel in national class action lawsuits concerning individuals implanted with a Zimmer Durom acetabular metal on metal hip implant or “Durom Cup” in Canada. The Durom Cup is a device used in hip replacement or hip resurfacing surgery. A National Settlement Agreement has been signed by the parties. The settlement applies to “all persons who were implanted with the Durom Cup in Canada” and their estates and families.

Claims deadline is September 5,2017.

Settlement was approved by the Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia courts and settlement became final on October 3, 2016.
