Proposed class actions were brought against Kobe Steel Limited, Shinko Metal Products Co., Ltd., Shinko Aluminum Wire Co., Ltd., Shinko Wire Stainless Company Ltd., KOBELCO & Materials Copper Tube Co. and Nippon Koshuha Steel Co., Ltd. In British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. These claims relate to auto parts quality control in Japan.
